What we collect
When you take the diagnostic or buy a guide we collect your name, email address, your diagnostic answers, and purchase details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver your purchase, personalise your diagnostic results, send the updates you asked for, and improve the product. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email immediately; we may still send essential service messages about a purchase.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@greatescape.guide. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
Data retention & security
We keep purchase records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and mailing-list data until you unsubscribe. Data is stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit and at rest.
