If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, email hello@greatescape.guide within 30 days of purchase from the email address you bought with, and we will refund you in full. No forms, no justification required.

Processing time

Refunds are issued by our payment provider to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

We trust our readers, and we honour this guarantee without question. We reserve the right to decline refunds only in cases of demonstrable abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or evidence of redistribution of the materials.
